They have grown up in roofing and run successful roofing businesses before joining forces to create a company that combines their years of knowledge with an unprecedented focus on creating lasting relationships and partnerships with their customers.
Founder & CEO.
Kyle knows roofs. He is a fourth-generation roofing business owner having started on the crew at his father’s company in Oklahoma and working his way up to ownership.
His 30-plus years of experience in all aspects of roofing helps him deliver the right solutions for every building owner with a goal of creating long-term relationships.
Manager, Iowa office.
Dean knows roofing, construction, and safety. His first roofing job was 25 years ago where he developed a service department that redefined the customer experience, rising throughout his career to take on a vice president of sales and estimating role that eventually brought him to the ESG team to run our Iowa operations.
Holding several OSHA competent person certifications, Dean ensures that safety is always first for customers and the ESG team.
